Good News! Head office officially invested in South Korea ACE Turbo

On the occasion of the third anniversary of Wuxi B-Tohin AnXin blower technology Co.,Ltd., invested by B-Tohin machine (jiangsu) Co., ltd. and ACE Turbo Co., Ltd. of Korea, the Japanese head office of Tohin invested the new factory of ACE in Korea and put it into use officially.

Chairman Taishi and Chairman Weimin Xie of B-Tohin machine (jiangsu) co., Ltd. gathered in Korea for a board meeting to celebrate the completion of the new plant and plan the production of ATB blowers for the whole group. At the meeting, the following resolutions were reached:

1. Japan Tohin Co., Ltd. invested in ACE Turbo Co.,Ltd of Korea in cash, accounting for 1/3 of the total capital stock. All funds have been received, and the business license procedures in Korea have been changed.

2、Wuxi B-Tohin AnXin blower technology co., Ltd. has started to carry out the localization work in an all-round way, and will produce the prototype before the end of June. At the same time, B-Tohin and essence simultaneously completed the share adjustment, and B-Tohin and Korea ACE held shares in essence in the same proportion, further promoting the localization of ATB blowers.

3、Japan head office and Vietnam branch increase the overseas promotion and sales of ATB blowers.
