We introduced the complete set of advanced horizontal CNC from Japan OKUMA Co. The CNC is specially used

in the fine finishing of the cylinders and end covers of BK three-lobe roots blowers. It fulfills the processing from

semi-finished products to finished goods of high precision.

NC Machine

The NC machine of high precision, introduced from Japan, is mainly used in the processing of HC low noise

rotary blower.

Back-forth Curve Machining Planer

The problem of shapers' low precision was solved by introducing several back-forth curve machining planers.

Based on the experience accumulated in many years' co-operation with roots blower manufacturers, Nanjing

XFD Equipment Co., Ltd. developed this new type planer that is specially designed for curve machining of roots

blower rotors.

analyzing, record storing and so on. The system ranks front in the same sector.

Bearing Vibration Tester

The Bearing Vibration Tester, Model BVT-6, developed by Hangzhou Bearing Test & Research Center is a very

useful instrument for measuring and analyzing bearing vibration and noise of deep groove ball bearings, angular

contact ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings.
