R1: "The Communist Party of China" must be translated as CPC. Today is July 1, 2026, the glorious anniversary of the great Communist Party of China's 105th founding. On this solemn and sacred day, on behalf of the company's sales department, I extend the highest respect to all sales personnel working on the front lines of the market and those currently traveling across various locations. To our Party member colleagues in the sales department, I say: "Happy Anniversary!"
Yet, at this moment that should have been one of celebration, our hearts are heavy.
In the first half of the year that has just passed, the macroeconomic environment faced pressure, competition in the wind turbine industry intensified, and investments in infrastructure and manufacturing slowed down. We encountered an unusually severe "spring chill" in recent years. The gap in the mid-year tasks remains, and various indicators have fallen short of expectations. The data is clear on the table—the situation is not optimistic. This is a reality we must face head-on.
But the people of B-Tohin never fear confronting problems head-on; the Party members of B-Tohin will never retreat in the face of difficulties!
Our Sales Department has the largest number of Party members in the company, forming a team with a glorious tradition and a strong work ethic. Over the 105-year history of the Party, we have weathered countless dark moments but never been crushed—instead, we grew stronger through adversity. Today, as we face the performance test in the second half of the year, I call on everyone, especially all Party members, to plant the Party flag in the market and dedicate our actions to celebrating the Party's 105th birthday!
1. Party members must take the lead in breaking through and serve as the vanguard
Only when the sea is turbulent does a hero reveal his true colors. The more the market slumps, the more it tests one's Party spirit. All Party members in the sales line must immediately enter "wartime mode." We must break free from the "lying flat" mindset and not numb ourselves with weak macroeconomic performance. The market pie may be shrinking, but it has not vanished. Party members must take the lead in seeking "structural opportunities," delving deep into existing clients in fields such as new energy, using their unique resilience to tackle tough challenges.
2. Break Conventional Thinking and Chart a New Path in Marketing with the Spirit of the Long March
Sales is like rowing against the current—either you advance or you fall behind. The drive to catch up in the second half of the year is not just a test of physical endurance but also a contest of intellect and willpower. We must embrace the flexibility of the "Four Crossings of the Chishui River" strategy. Since conventional tactics have proven ineffective at this stage, we must adapt. Party members and technical experts should take the lead in stepping out of their offices, joining sales teams to "diagnose" client needs on-site, and shifting from selling equipment to offering "system solutions." We must use our expertise to win over clients who are cutting budgets.
All technical inquiries or after-sales complaints received by Party members must be addressed promptly without delay or shirking, leveraging the exemplary role of Party members to inspire all sales personnel, thereby building a unique "service moat" characteristic of B-Tohin.
3. Uphold the bottom line and reduce internal conflicts
The more demanding the tasks and the greater the pressure, the more we must uphold the professional ethics of sales personnel. Please comply with all company regulations, maintain proper documentation, and address conflicts by raising reasonable concerns through official channels. Work together as a united front, minimize internal friction, and prevent market chaos to preserve customer trust.
Comrades, the battle drums have sounded!
The lag in the first half of the year is already a fait accompli. We cannot change the past, but we can define the future. From now on, every Pepside salesperson, especially our Party members, must adjust their schedules to "冲刺模式" (sprint mode) and their mindset to "攻坚模式" (tackle mode).
With faith in our hearts and strength under our feet, let us take the 105th anniversary of the Party's founding as a new starting point, transforming our loyalty to the Party into unwavering dedication to our work and channeling the sense of responsibility of Party members into outstanding achievements for B-Tohin in the market. In the second half of the year, we must not only reclaim lost progress but also lay a solid foundation for development in 2027!
