On January 31, 2026, the annual employee conference of B-Tohin was successfully held, and all employees gathered together to comprehensively review the work results of 2025, deploy the development blueprint for 2026, and efficiently and pragmatically consolidate consensus.
At the meeting, Mr. Hang was the first to report on the completion of the annual economic performance indicators. In a complex market environment, the key revenue and profit indicators of the factory were steadily achieved, demonstrating strong development resilience. Subsequently, the heads of each department reported in turn: Mr. Zhao from the Technical Quality Inspection Department focused on technology research and development and quality control, summarized the highlights of the department's work, and clarified the optimization direction for next year; General Manager Lu of the Sales Department reviews regional sales performance, accurately predicts market trends for 2026, and formulates targeted strategies for tackling challenges; Mr. Jiang from the production department has reviewed the effectiveness and shortcomings of the production process, and identified key tasks such as process optimization, equipment upgrades, and team building for next year; Mr. Yin from the Safety and Environmental Protection Department reported on safety management and the work of the Party branch, emphasizing the effectiveness of hazard investigation and safety training, and using Party building to lead production and operation; Wu Xurong from the Information Department integrated personnel administration and union work, mentioning talent recruitment, skill training to empower the team, cultural and sports activities, and rights protection to enhance employee cohesion. Share personal autonomous goal assessment results with the CEO, extract work highlights, and propose innovative business ideas; Mr. Du summarized the overall operational situation in 2025 and deployed in detail the core tasks of 2026, including business goals, market expansion, and cost control. Finally, Mr. Xie shared practical experience in business management with industry cases, providing useful references for improving factory management efficiency.
After the annual staff meeting, we held a 31st anniversary factory celebration event in the form of a tea party. The tea party kicked off with an advanced employee recognition ceremony. At the meeting, Mr. Du and General Manager jointly awarded honorary awards to colleagues who were awarded the title of "advanced employees", and highly recognized and commended everyone's hard work and outstanding performance.
