Working Principle of Three Lobe Roots Blower and Its Industrial Applications

The working principle of the three-lobe roots blower is based on positive displacement air delivery. Two parallel shafts with three-lobe rotors rotate in synchronization via timing gears, completing three intake and discharge cycles per revolution. Compared to two-lobe blowers, the three-lobe design provides reduced pulsation, lower load fluctuation, smoother operation, and less noise.
