5. Advantages
1) The material of transmission gear is 40Cr, which is processed by high-frequency quenching, manufactured by grinding gears, with 5 grade accuracy, and its service life reaches 50,000 hours. The gear transmission part and outer cover are made of cast iron and have sufficient rigidity to maintain the position of the shaft under maximum load. The parts of the gear cover are precisely processed for installation with the bearings.
2) It is flexible mounting ways because of the same structure in inlet and outlet.
3) It adopts more reasonable bearing structure, which can increase the bearing operation life.
4) It is low noise, vibration and energy consumption.
6. Accessories
Relieve valve
It is a safety device on the system. When the system works abnormally and the resistance is higher than the rated value, the pressure relief valve opens to discharge the air from the pressure relief valve to prevent the blower and motor from being overload.
Check valve
It is used to prevent back-flow of high-pressure air in the system during shutdown. The back-flow can cause blower reversion and then cause blower malfunctions. The valve body is made of cast iron.
