  Air suspension bearing is lubration by air buoyancy. The use of air instaed of lubration can realize operation under high temperature and speed. 

  The advantages of air foil bearing structure include flexible start-up,low-cost operation,no mechanical friction, no need for lubrication oil, no vibration , lower noise and long service life (semi-permanent).

Impeller: The impeller is made of AL7075 and is precisely manufacturered by advanced 3D optimal design technology. It is featured of high strength,high aerodynamic efficiency and low wear. Directly connected with the shaft,its power transmission efficiency is 99%.

High speed motor: Adopt motor of high-efficiency up to 95%,applicable for precise speed control.

No additional friction will occur, and motor power consumption is automatically adjusted according to the output airflow capacity (adjustable range 20-100%), so the energy-saving effect is remarkable.

Adopt air bearing and direct-connection way without mechanical contact. Noise is lower than 80dB- @ 1.5m, so there’s no need to install acoustic enclosure.
