Key Technology

1. Inlet guide vane device
- position——in front of blower impeller
- Function——Not only for adjusting the blower capacity within 45% - 100%, but also for ensuring the blower to reach the highest efficiency within its adjusting scope, especially when operation parameters deviating from the designed data (low temperature or low pressure).
- Adjusting——automatic or manual operation by clicking the touch screen on blower control box. Under the automatic operation, the inlet guide vane is adjusted by electric operator at a set ratio after it receives 4-20mA DC signal, while under manual operation or maintenance condition, the vane is adjusted manually.

2. Mature volute design
Reliable pneumatic performance, high efficiency, multi-variable efficiency of 85 %.

3. Impeller of high efficiency
- The curve for the impeller is selected recurring to simulate working condition on computer, and better fitting for the actual flowage of gas.
- Made of aerial aluminum alloy or stainless steel, open path backward bent (its smallest dip angle of 6 degree), surface fine machined.

4. Step-up gear box structure and bearing of high reliability
- The gear box is of horizontal –split structure, volute casing connected to lower casing and separated from upper casing,through which shorten the time required for unloading box cover.

High-speed shaft adopts hard thrust disc technology, high-efficiency and low mechanical loss confirmed by line contact.
- Ellipse ( dislocation ) bearing adopted for big gear,tilting-pad bearing for high-speed gear.
- The shaft of blower and gear is made of heat-treated forging steel and proper grinded. Every horizontal critical speed is within the scope of±15% than the normal speed, and torsion resonance speed is within the scope of±10% than the running speed, all rotating parts is dynamic balanced.
- The step-up gear is of Parallel Axis helical type with integral small gear and rotating shaft.

Made of surface-quenching forging alloy steel and precisely grinded, the gear’s service index is 1.8 at least.

5. High-precision gear driving

- Gear precision grade is stabilized at ISO1328 5~4
- The precision grade can reach 3.
- Precision grade equal to the standard AGMA or DIN

6. Connection between impeller and high-speed shaft
- Adopt the connection type of straight end-face key (pin) and triangular shaft
- The biggest power it can transfer reaches 3,000 kW.
- Convenient in assembling and disassembling without damage to parts

7. Seals of high performance
- The material of seals is alloy of soft texture. (spiral seal adopted)
- Reliable function, long service life

Operation result
·Good aerodynamic performance: ternary semi-open mixed-flow impeller adopted for not easy to cause vortex and for small airflow loss.
·Adjusted by inlet guide vane, the efficiency curve of the unit is flat, and even under non-designed operating conditions,good energy-saving effect can be achieved.
·Compact structure,small floor area,easy operation.
·The impeller is made of high-strength aviation aluminum alloy, machined by imported five-coordinate linkage machining center with small curve error. It is of reliable pneumatic performance and high efficiency,while it can save15%-25% power comparing with most Roots blowers.
·Impeller and speed-up gear are of integral structure, which greatly reduces the mechanical loss.
·Helical type speed-up gear adopted for good stability, low vibration, low noise and long service life under high-speed running.
·Special tilting pad bearing: through special tilting pads, the product has a high stability when running under high speed.
·High degree of automatic control,good reliability.
