Blower structure
Gs series centrifugal blower features single-stage cantilever,axial inlet and radical discharge structure. Air comes into the suction pipe and the inlet guide vane device from the inlet filter setting.Main driving motor is connected with the coupling and the step-up box.When start,
the step-up gear drive the ternary mixed semi-open impeller to make gas for power,and the gas discharge out through vane-less diffuser and volute chamber.

Operation result
·Good aerodynamic performance: ternary semi-open mixed-flow impeller adopted for not easy to cause vortex and for small airflow loss.
·Adjusted by inlet guide vane, the efficiency curve of the unit is flat, and even under non-designed operating conditions,good energy-saving effect can be achieved.
·Compact structure,small floor area,easy operation.
·The impeller is made of high-strength aviation aluminum alloy, machined by imported five-coordinate linkage machining center with small curve error. It is of reliable pneumatic performance and high efficiency,while it can save15%-25% power comparing with most Roots blowers.
·Impeller and speed-up gear are of integral structure, which greatly reduces the mechanical loss.
·Helical type speed-up gear adopted for good stability, low vibration, low noise and long service life under high-speed running.
·Special tilting pad bearing: through special tilting pads, the product has a high stability when running under high speed.
·High degree of automatic control,good reliability.
